How long will a swimming pool be needed for a NRASTC and/or ATPRA course?

A swimming pool is required for a minimum of 2 hours to deliver the training content, and then it will be needed again for approximately 1 hour for the course assessment period.

The pool space provided must be suitable for the number of candidates attending the course. Please be aware that an additional RLSS UK Trainer Assessor will attend your venue to assess the candidates at the end of the training. The RLSS UK Trainer Assessor usually arrives 15-20 minutes before the assessment.

To request a training course, please complete this enquiry form or contact the RLSS UK training team at [email protected] or 0300 323 0096.
