NPLQ Ongoing training sessions. 2
From the latest release several changes have been made to the Ongoing Training platform which are based on customer feedback since launch.
Wallcharts
There are now multiple wall charts that are available to organisations so the type of training sessions are now segregated. This will make it easier to read the wall charts and see where training is missing for individuals.
To switch between wall charts, click the drop-down
menu to the top left of the screen and then click the wall chart you want to view.
Wall charts also now contain two spaces for sessions in each month which helps centres that conduct separate wet and dry sessions as well as easily displaying any catch up sessions.
Session Creation
An extra step has been added in session creation to choose the family of sessions (NPLQ, NRASTC, Swimming Pool Emergency Rescue Award, Open water Lifeguard)
This saves from scrolling through a long list trying to find the session required and limits the sessions to that qualification only.

NPLQ sessions have also been split so the wetside and dryside are available in optional separate sessions. Combined sessions are still available.

Reporting
There is now an option to export all ongoing training records underneath the wallchart. At Mother sites this also has the option to download all records for child sites.
CPD Certificates
CPD certificates are now available to download from the Our People page in the same way that Award certificates are.
